Kids' New Year Space Adventure

✨ Blast Off Into a Bright New Year! 🚀

As we settle into 2026, join us for a playful and imaginative 1-hour kids yoga adventure where little yogis explore movement, breath, gratitude, and confidence through a space-themed story.

We’ll stretch like stars, move like meteors, breathe like astronauts, and “blast off” into the new year with mindful fun. Kids will learn calming breaths, simple yoga poses, and tools to help their big feelings — all in a safe, silly, and supportive space.
