Flow & Restore

Our dynamic & soothing Flow & Restore is now being offered on the 3rd Thursday of the month! Join Amanda for a creative flowing class of vinyasa & restorative yoga!
*Beginner friendly class & for all those not sure of trying yoga, this is the class for you!
Dr. Amanda is one of our amazing local Chiropractors & a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher with specialized training in Restorative yoga.
Class structure: 30 minutes of vinyasa yoga and
30 minute restorative yoga
Cost $12, included in class pass & monthly unlimited
