An opportunity to explore a variety of mindful practices that could easily be put together for a short daily routine or used alone for moments of stillness and sacred space throughout your busy week. As a community we will give ourselves the tools to bring the retreat vibes home any time we feel like it; to make life a ceremony in quick, easy, and accessible ways.
