A 3rd Eye Energy Practice, a night of Magickal Movement & Sacred Intuition

Join us for a fun Friday night of gentle yoga, centering breath & meditation all focused on our 6th Chakra, Anja, our seat of intuition.
Allow your 3rd eye to energetically activate with focused flow with gentle guided practice within sacred space.
Class with start with a visual connection selection of guidance card & experience a meditative journey thru the card.
A slow flowing yoga practice with focus on the 3rd eye & kriya movement and breath for 3rd eye intuitive energy will follow.
A deeply connected savasana with use of amethyst crystal will also be provided.
And class will end with an intuitive selection of a “blind date with an oracle card deck”!
