Retirement Ceremony for Jeff Meister

After 31 years of service for the Department of Defense I will be officially retiring.

I am not sure that 21 year old Airmen knew that after his active duty enlistment in 1997 he would then work with the Navy as a civilian in their Research Labs and finally his last 23 years as a civilian for the Army in Acquisition.
