Lumari Anāhata presents: Spring Renewal Sound Journey
Wed 8 Oct • 7:15–8:30 PM
Wesley Hall, Uniting Chruch, Berry - an atmospheric 1800s space with lively presence and excellent acoustics.
Our first community sound journey received such beautiful, positive feedback - thank you. This one will be even more magical in this hall: warm timber, soaring ceilings, and a resonance that lets every tone bloom. We’ll also feature the stunning healing sound of the crystal singing Merkaba, bringing a bright, clarifying shimmer to the field, signifying spring renewal.
We’ll gently weave polyvagal-informed practices through the whole experience - soft orienting, longer exhales, simple self-contact holds, and optional humming - to help your body register safety, ease tension, and settle into steadier rest.
What unfolds...
• A tender guided arrival: breath, orienting, and grounding
• Crystal singing bowls, featuring the crystal singing Merkaba
• Chimes, drums, and rain sticks - wave-like flow and spacious quiet
• Optional soothing cues: butterfly taps, tiny rocking/sway, soft hums
• Restful integration and closing circle to land gently
