Our mission is to help close the gender health gap by bringing people together to share insights, spark collaboration, and build meaningful connections.

This local event is hosted by Claire Thomas, Founder of Nourish to Soar, a Nutritional Therapist, Phlebotomist, and NLP Practitioner with a background in nursing and a deep commitment to empowering women through personalised, holistic care. Claire brings her warmth and experience to create a welcoming space for open conversation and professional connection.

The event will include time for a roundtable conversation, offering everyone the chance to introduce themselves, share what they’re working on, and explore ways we can support and learn from one another.
