Total Body Tempo Strength is a 45-minute, full-body workout focused on building real strength through controlled, intentional movement. Instead of rushing reps, we use tempo (slower lowering + controlled holds) to increase muscle engagement and maximize results — no heavy weights required.
In this class you can expect:
