Ranger Read & Learn

In a partnership with the Martha Liebert Public Library in Bernalillo, Coronado Historic Site offers a “Ranger Read and Learn” story time on Sat., Feb. 21, 2026, 10 - 11 a.m. at Martha Liebert Public Library in Bernalillo, NM. Ranger Read & Learn is FREE and suitable for ages 4 – 8 years old.

Join a staff from Coronado Historic Site as they explore New Mexico’s state plant, the yucca. Listen to the story "Nightlife of the Yucca" by Katherine Hauth and then make soap and rope using the yucca plant. All materials will be provided.

Martha Liebert Public Library is located at 124 Calle Malinche, Bernalillo NM, 87004.
