Seminar begins: 9 a.m.

Practical sequences:
Warm-up, suburi, kino, uchikomi-waza,
seme & zanshin, shikake-waza, oji-waza,
kendo kata,
shidogeiko

Theoretical sequence:

Questions and answers for the dan examinations

End of first day: 5 p.m.
Hall closes: 6 p.m.


Sunday, 26 October

Hall opens: 8.30 a.m.
Seminar begins: 9 a.m.

Practical sequence:
Examination preparations in groups
Examination jury

Training for interested examination members who have little or no experience and would like to learn more.

Start of examinations 1st-5th Dan: 10:30 a.m.

Ji-Geiko: 1-2 p.m.
Conclusion: 2 p.m.
Hall closes: 3 p.m.
