What’s not allowed
Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the TV Tower for security reasons.
Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.
Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Flash photography, tripods, and filming equipment are not allowed inside the observation areas.

Make your way to the security control point on the first floor of the TV Tower. The entrance steps are located on the tower's northern side, directly opposite the Alexanderplatz S-Bahn (rail) station.
Your ticket is valid for the time slot selected. Please check your ticket for the exact validity period.
The VR experience is available in English and German.
For safety reasons, all guests must pass through a security check before entering the tower.
Table reservation to the restaurant Sphere is included but a specific table cannot be guaranteed

The Day & Night Ticket allows two visits to the viewing platform within 48 hours for a more flexible experience.
