Embrace the power of visualization. Begin with a guided meditation set to singing bowls to gather your thoughts. Take a moment to jot any impressions/nuggets on paper. Then hand pick images that represent the adventures you want to nurture in 2026.
You’ll leave with an inspiring vision board of the path you are forging for yourself in the new year.
Bring a yoga mat, cushion/blanket and water bottle. Magazines, scissors, glue and backer board will be provided.
