🌿💕Winter Herbs Workshop 💕🌿
🌿I'm very excited to announce my next herbal workshop, and the last one for this year!
🌿Designed to introduce you to the wonderful world of wild medicinal plants, empower you to become your own healer, and start to build your own herbal medicine chest.
🌿This day workshop will run from 10am-3pm and is an introduction to herbs for Winter health.
🌿The day will include:
🌿We start the day with a quick introduction before going for a forage over the farm looking at the winter herbs available now along with their medicinal benefits to us.
🌿Once returned to the studio we will discuss how to dry, prepare and process medicinal herbs. And start our own elderberry syrup.
🌿Using fresh and dried herbs we will taste tea's for winter wellness, respiratory support and nourishing.
🌿You are then given the opportunity to blend and label your own tea's to take home.
🌿In the afternoon we will finish our elderberry syrup and delve into Herbal glycerites, making a thyme glycerite, which we will label and bottle to also take home with us.
🌿 All equipment you need will be supplied.
🌿I am sure this is going to be a very popular workshop.
