Guided by Samreen McGregor, breathwork facilitator and executive wellbeing practitioner - this is a calm, grounded breath-led experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional clarity and a deeper sense of steadiness.
Samreen’s work weaves together nervous system education, somatic awareness and conscious breathing in a way that is accessible, trauma-conscious and genuinely restorative.
You’ll be met exactly where you are...with no pressure to “go deep”, perform, or force an emotional release.
This work is grounded in safety. Slowing down. And letting the body do what it already knows how to do: reset.
You’ll be guided through a gentle breathwork journey to support:
