Join us in honoring David as he turns 60 years young and proves that age is just a number! His passion for Jiu Jitsu and martial arts is not only inspiring but a testament to what it means to embrace life at any age.
This event is a celebration of David’s incredible journey and his commitment to raising awareness for mental health through the Black Dog Institute.
David is leading the charge by hosting BlackDog 180 at ICONIC Jiu Jitsu, and he’s ready to roll, punch, and sweat for 180 minutes! If he can take on this challenge, so can you!
The event features 3 x 60-minute sessions packed with high-energy stand-up kickboxing and ground-based grappling, all while supporting a vital cause. Let’s rally around and join in on the fun as he showcases strength, resilience, and the spirit of giving back – all in the name of mental wellness.
