About the event

Student Silk Dyeing Class

Join Instructor Kate Kolbe in this three-week student Silk Dyeing class starting on Tuesday, February 17th at 4:00 PM in the first-floor Wet Classroom at the Ice House.

Kate Kolbe will guide students ages 10+ through the start and finish of dyeing silk with fun designs. Students will have the opportunity to explore various dyeing techniques and methods before working on their final piece, which will be showcased in the Wet Classroom for Youth Art Month.

Classes are on Tuesdays at 4:00 PM on February 17th, 24th, and March 3rd, with a showcase on Friday, March 6th, at the Opening Reception for Youth Art Month.
