Day Retreat - Calm Body, Quiet Mind

Retreat from the busy-ness of your every day life. Spend the day in quiet contemplation, introspection with moments of silence to rest and replenish your body, mind and spirit. Many of us are so scattered that we are not truly in our bodies. This day provides a safe place to settle back into your body and align with the energies of your nature and natural pace. This retreat is gently guided with periods of meditation, self-inquiry, movement and silence.

What to Bring:

* Notebook and favorite pen
* Lunch (optional - there are places nearby where you can buy)
* A water bottle and/or tea flask (there is a kettle to boil water)
* An analog watch or portable clock
* An open mind
