This evening, Lotta Olsson, owner of Lola, has invited two of her favorite women for an event during the wonderful Bergen Matfestival.
Therese Storebø from Feddie Ocean Distillery, colloquially known as a patron saint of the bar industry in Bergen and one of the world’s best bartenders.
Antje de Vries, a diving, foraging seaweed specialist and a global chef consultant, the brain behind Kelp Club at LILLØY LINDENBERG

Between the three of us, we share a love for the ocean and all the wonderful things that hide under the surface. In collaboration, we have collected some treasures of the sea to make a very special menu for you all this evening.
Each dish is inspired by one of history’s great Female Pirate Captains, from Ireland to Persia, to China and Bretagne. We have gone foraging for seaweed, sourced the best possible seafood, and brought home some special flasks from Feddie Island.
Throughout history, Pirates don't necessarily have the best reputation, do they! And so, a little disclaimer - no ingredients for this event are stolen from their rightful owner.
But - the freedom and the bounty of the sea is for everyone to enjoy. Join us for a deep dive under the ocean with lots of good food, drinks and pirate stories.
