Workshop on Strategic Non-Violence and Non-Compliance

Attend a workshop on strategic non-violence and non-compliance during our next We Show Up meeting on September 9th from 6 to 8 pm at Union Church. Kent Gilbert and Lisa Abbott will lead a training about the kinds of noncompliance and noncooperation tactics that have potential to block authoritarian threats to people, institutions, and our democracy.

Please enter Union Church through the back door, the one closest to the chain link fence and playground. We'll serve pizza. You are welcome to bring a salad or some kind of dessert, or just bring yourself! All are welcome. Invite students, friends, and anyone you know who is trying to figure out what we can do together to oppose authoritarianism.
