Introduction to Kayak Rolling

Discover an efficient form of kayak self-rescue that can broaden the horizon of paddling opportunities and build confidence in a kayak. Rolling is an important skill for kayakers who are dreaming of challenging their paddling ability whether on the river or open water like Lake Erie. This program is designed for paddlers who are looking to increase their kayaking skills by beginning the progression in their rolling journey. Participants should have previous kayaking experience AND be comfortable capsizing a kayak and/or being under water.
