Burnt out? Busy taking care of others? Tired of superficial happy hours? Its time to do something that nourishes you, mind-body-soul.

Try something new, don't overthink it! Bring yourself, a colleague, something to share or nothing at all.

I will greet you with warm tea, water and maybe some hot chocolate or juices. There will be light appetizers to bring into our Gestalt Experiential Process Group.
