Inversions and Arm Balances

Let go of the destination and enjoy the journey of exploring arm balances and inversions. These postures require consistency and discipline to master and together we’ll work toward developing an accessible way to include them into your home practices. This beginner friendly class will focus on building strength, confidence, and excitement around balancing on your hands, arms or head.
