Couples Connect invites partners to slow down, breathe together, and rediscover the quiet harmony that lives between them. This gentle session blends guided meditation with simple, mindful exercises that open the heart and heighten energetic awareness.

Through touch, shared breath, and sustained eye contact, couples are guided to sense the subtle language of energy that flows through their hands, gaze, and field. Each practice encourages deeper relaxation, emotional attunement, and a felt experience of unity beyond words.

Designed for all couples—new or long together—this class offers a sacred space to release tension, renew affection, and cultivate a more profound sense of connection and peace.

Cost includes ticket for two.

Class duration: 45-60 mins

Dress: comfortable, loose fitting clothing; socks recommended

Equipment: We provide a standard zafu and zabuton meditation cushion set for each participant. Small support cushions and blankets are available to enhance your comfort if needed.
