90's Throwback Flow and Journal Sesh

Missing the pajama party days of your teens? Me too!! Come flow to 90s throwback hits in the style of an all levels vinyasa flow. From Red Hot Chili Peppers to the Back Street Boys, you will practice a sequence that will have you singing out loud. At the end of our flow, we will create small journals (think Lisa Frank) with three provided prompts to help you get started!
