Level 1 Mountain Biking Basics Class

Learn all the essentials to become a better rider!

We cover bike safety checks, gear, the three essentials to mountain biking, riding positions, mounting/dismounting, braking techniques, shifting, and trail etiquette.

Coler’s PMBIA certified instructors will guide you through the skills you need to gain confidence on your bike and build a solid base of mountain biking skills.

This class was designed for those who are new to mountain biking or haven’t had formal instruction previously.
