Gym 101 at Rise Performance Benton

Join us at Rise Performance 618 Benton for a FREE Gym 101 class for anyone with a membership at Rise!

Whether you have been a member for awhile and want to simply learn more about the gym, or you are new to the gym and just learning the ropes, our experienced staff would love to introduce you to all that makes our community of strength at Rise so unique! We will go over the basics of machines, barbells and dumbbells as well as talk about structuring your training and classes and services offered. And of course any questions you specifically have for us!

So join us, 5-6 pm on Tuesday, January 20th at the Rise Performance here in Benton! Show up and start getting consistent and build momentum in building health and strength!
