Help us celebrate National Wildlife Refuge Week by joining us for a morning of outdoor activities at Clarks River National Wildlife Refuge. You can join refuge staff and the Friends of Clarks River National Wildlife Refuge to:

*See beautiful songbirds up-close as they are banded, and then released to continue their southerly migration. (8:30 - 10 AM)

*Go fishing in the refuge pond that will be stocked thanks to Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources. Bring your own bait and tackle or borrow ours!

*Learn how to attract birds to your yard with nesting boxes.

*Test your skills at the Animal Olympics.

*Show off your art skills with chalk art on the trails.

*Create a Kudzu monster and learn about invasive species.
