Perimenopause and menopause are natural life stages—but that doesn’t make them easy. They often arrive with confusing symptoms, unexpected changes, and countless questions.Harmony in Motion’s Women’s Wellness Series, “Navigating Perimenopause & Menopause with Confidence” is designed to help you understand what’s happening in your body and mind, so you can make empowered choices for your health and well-being.This 4-session series provides an opportunity to enjoy a local retreat specifically designed for women experiencing the signs, symptoms and effects of perimenopause and menopause. Led by Medical Specialist Haley Scellick, ARNP, Behavior Specialist Erika Zink, and Movement Specialist Leah Prost, this seminar will answer questions, provide resources, solutions, support and encouragement to help you feel confident.Sessions will be Saturdays, every other week from 12:30pm to 4:30pm.
