A day of Relaxation, Yoga, Meditation & a Sound Bath with Ani & Natalie - 2 yoga teachers with differences that just go together!
Poetry & Reiki will be woven throughout the day - write down your experiences in your very own journal and leave refreshed, revitalised and with a little gift to remember us by.

Bring a shared vegetarian dish for lunch - delicious snacks & herbal teas provided throughout the day.
