Yin/Yang Yoga Day

Joint Yin/Yang Yoga Day with Ani & Natalie - 2nd August 10-4pm at Tattingstone Village Hall

2 very different yoga teachers have joined up to give you an enjoyable full day of various experiences and practices - from different styles of yoga to sound baths, guided deep meditation with Crystal bowls and Reiki. If the weather is kind to us, we have the opportunity to use the gardens for some outdoor yoga in nature.

We think our styles and interests complement each other and hope you do too!

Please bring a vegetarian dish to share for lunch, cushions and blankets for comfort - and your mat!

Everything else will be provided.
