💬 Each session starts with a quick 10-minute mini talk on a midlife topic — hormones, energy, strength, confidence, mindset — followed by open chat over tea, coffee, and biscuits.

It’ll be informal, friendly, and full of laughter. Everyone’s welcome 💗
