Discover a new way of expressing yourself through colour, line, and shape in this creative and reflective workshop. Guided by abstract artist Jackson Smart, you’ll explore the practice of Artstory — an abstract art process designed to help you tell your story, connect with your feelings, and find wellness through creativity.

What you’ll experience:🎨 Introduction to Artstory – Learn how abstract art can be used as a tool for self-expression and reflection.🌈 Line, Shape & Colour – Explore the meanings and emotions behind simple visual elements.🖌️ Creative Practice – Develop your own abstract artwork that tells your personal story in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.
