At this class you will learn (£125):
- How to whip up the most perfect, slightly chewy, meringue kisses
- How to bake perfect fruit scones
- How to bake delectable raspberry and frangipane sweet pastry tartlets
- How to make choux pastry and create profiterole and mini eclairs filled with Chantilly cream
You will be working in pairs approximately 1/4 of the time; otherwise all students will have the use of their own tools and equipment - including their own freestanding electric mixer (Kenwood).
