Not knowing how to use and set-up equipment correctly.
Second-guessing your technique.
Unclear on exercise selection.

These classes exist to take that pressure away.
The Beginner Strength Training Classes you’ll learn:

• How to use gym equipment safely and correctly
• The fundamentals of strength training
• How to read and follow a training program
• How to track progress and apply progressive overload
• How to build confidence through correct execution and structure

You’ll also receive a complimentary strength training program, so you know exactly what to do outside of class.
