“Understanding Spiritual Sensitivity: A 3-Week Journey for Teens” Helping young empaths and intuitives feel seen, safe, and supported.
Session 1: Discovering Your Inner Compass
“Learning to recognize your spiritual gifts and trust what you feel.” In this opening session, we explore what it means to be spiritually sensitive. Whether a child is clairsentient, clairvoyant, or simply deeply intuitive, we’ll give language to those feelings in a safe, non-judgmental space. Activities may include grounding meditations, aura awareness exercises, group sharing (only if they’re ready), and journaling prompts like “When I knew something but didn’t know how I knew.”
Session 2: Working With Your Gift, Not Against It
“Learning how to manage your energy, trust your intuition, and create emotional balance.” Now that participants understand their gifts, we’ll focus on how to work with them. This includes recognizing intuitive ‘yes’ and ‘no’ signals, setting energetic boundaries, and integrating practices like visualization or using calming crystals. We’ll also explore scenarios where their gifts might feel overwhelming—like crowded spaces or emotionally intense environments—and teach simple tools to navigate them confidently.
Session 3: Protecting Your Energy & Finding Your People
“Building strength, protection, and peer support around your gifts.” This session emphasizes empowerment and belonging. We’ll discuss spiritual and emotional protection in gentle, age-appropriate language—like shielding visualizations, using mantras, and identifying safe people. We’ll also guide them in finding or creating community, knowing how to respond when others don’t understand, and affirming that their uniqueness is their strength. This session might close with a symbolic group ritual, like lighting candles for intention or creating protective talismans.
