Get ready for a night of nonstop laughter as Bennington Theater hosts its very first Comedy Showcase! We’re bringing together some of the funniest comics from around the region for an evening of sharp wit, relatable humor, and unforgettable stories.

The lineup includes:
⭐️ Dan Geurin — A regular on the East Coast comedy circuit and a member of The Not Too Far From Home Comedy Tour, Dan finds the funny in everyday life—and proves your “guy next door” might just be hilarious.
⭐️ Bob Alper — Fresh off headlining the nationally renowned Borscht Belt Fest, Bob has shared the stage with comedy greats like Lewis Black, Susie Essman, and Judy Gold.
⭐️ Jennifer McMullen — Winner of the Capital Region's Best of the Best Comedy Contest Jennifer takes you on a wild ride through her life with hilarious tales of lovers, family, co-workers, motherhood and beating breast cancer not once but twice! She will have you laughing from start to finish and quoting her silly catchphrases by the end of the night! She has performed all over the Capital Region including the FunnyBone, the Comedy Works and the EGG as well as several hotspots in NYC, CT, RI and MA! Jennifer is an HR professional by day, comedian by night and mother 24/7. Her stories are relatable, honest and of course funny!
⭐️ Sean Kavanagh — A Southern Vermont newcomer returning to standup after a career in theater and storytelling. At 70 (and in denial about it), his perspective is both poignant and laugh-out-loud funny.
⭐️ Travis Stealey — An Albany favorite who performs nationwide, Travis brings knockout punchlines to the stage—literally. A former MMA fighter turned comedian, his comedy hits just as hard.
