Understanding Aged Care

Misty Morton & Dex de Bruin from HomeMade will be visiting Wedderburn Community House on the 26th February to share information and have a conversation about aged care and the options available for staying at home for longer.

HomeMade work alongside rural and regional communities to support older people to remain independent and connected. This session is a chance to learn, ask questions, and get clear information in a relaxed, welcoming space.
