Slime Workshop - Intergenerational Learning Days at Discovery

Get ready to mix, stretch, and squish!

These school holidays, Discovery is hosting intergenerational workshops designed for young discoverers and the special older people in their lives to learn, create, and explore together.

In this hands-on Slime Workshop, we’ll dive into the science behind slime, what makes it gooey, why it stretches, and how different ingredients create different effects. It’s a fun, sensory science session perfect for curious minds of all ages. Plus, you’ll make your own slime to take home!

These Intergenerational Learning Days are made possible thanks to the support of the City of Greater Bendigo. They’re designed for children aged 3–17 and adults aged 55+, with a focus on sparking curiosity and connection across generations through shared, hands-on learning.
