Reiki & Restorative

Reiki & Restorative is a 90-minute experience that includes Restorative Yoga, collective Reiki, optional individual Reiki, vocal Reiki, and healing light language transmissions.

Carolyn will guide a channeled, intuitive meditation that will be followed throughout the whole class.

This class is intended for anyone who is interested in immersing themselves in the more restorative aspects of yoga, while fine-tuning their energy field and deepening their connection to spirit.

The theme for January is grounding. We will tune into the quiet energies of Winter and explore themes related to the root chakra:

• What does it mean to be safe?
• What does it mean to belong?
• How can I return to my center and come home to myself, again and again?

How I work: As an intuitive guide, I come to my sessions and classes with a loose plan, with the intention and commitment to deliver what the individuals that show up need that day.

When: Saturday, January 24, 5-6:30pm

Where: The Hanai Center, Forest Room

Energy exchange: $25 early bird through December

• After December 31, prices move to $33-44 sliding scale

What to bring: Yoga mat, blanket, eye pillow. The Hanai Center does have extra mats and blankets, but please try to bring your own as supplies are limited.
