Joy of Capoeira Introductory Workshop

We are welcoming folks of all ages, abilities, body sizes, and backgrounds to join us for an Intro to the Joy of Capoeira beginner workshop on February 20th from 7 - 8:40 pm at High Desert Martial Arts!

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, culture, and music. It is known for its quick and complex moves, using power, speed, and leverage for a wide variety of kicks, spins, and highly mobile techniques. This event is perfect for beginners looking to try something new and engaging.

$20 and $15 for each friend of family member you bring! (Plus, a group capoeira T-shirt!)
