This Holiday season, let’s come together in community rather than consumerism.
We'll begin with a coaching segment led by Erika Friday (mom-life coach) where we’ll set intentions for the season, clarify personal values and desires, and explore tools to stay centered if the holidays start to feel stressful.
Herbalist Sarah Olson will lead us in a hands-on ingredient-blending kitchen craft that will bring nature and nurturing into our homes and bodies. You will learn about the medicinal and magical qualities of the herbs and spices we will be working with.
Choose to make mulling spices (to infuse cider, wine, or hot toddy) or a simmer pot (to infuse your home).
You’ll get to make two personally blended jars: one to keep & one to give (or keep both, or give both).
There will also be time after the workshop to purchase
more herbs for your future projects.. or home-made gifts?!
We are so looking forward to sharing time and space with you this holiday season as we fill our hearts with gladness and find fulfillment in our magic-making.
