"Crash Proof" Winter Activity Readiness Workshop

Whether it’s sledding with the kids or aggressive backcountry skiing, the risks are everywhere! Heck, even walking in winter weather has it’s hazards! Having a healthy appreciation, or an awareness, of these risks is a good thing. It allows you to be prepared for life’s events so you can live life to the fullest. With this course and a little extra preparation and practice you can be armor your body to be “Crash Proof” and ready for all of life’s adventures this season!

All levels welcome. Youth are welcome if accompanied by a parent.

This course will teach you:

❄️ How to feel ready to conquer the mountain with confidence.
❄️ Common injuries on the slopes and specific things you can do to prevent them.
❄️ Understanding the importance of knowing how to fall and how to get good at it.
❄️ The top secret 5-Point CrashProof Program steps.
❄️ A simple plan of action to get started on immediately.

This is a hands on practical workshop, so please come prapared to move! All levels welcome and this course will be scaled to your ability level.

John and Kelly Odden are avid outdoor enthusiasts from backcountry snowboarding to bow hunting who have an extensive background in fitness and community health. John has done Search and Rescue and in depth survivalist training to add additional value to this course.
