Chakra Balancing for the New Year

Join us for a special candle-lit event for the new year - Restore harmony in your body and mind with Chakra Balancing, designed to align your energy through gentle yoga movement, breathwork, sound healing and intention setting. Learning about your Chakras, move through gentle yoga and breath work to align the Chakras, and be guided through a soothing chakra sound healing, featuring crystal signing bowls and other instruments. Doors open at 6:30pm, Event starts at 6:45pm (90 min total)
