Join us for an all-inclusive evening at Cellar 65, when Chef Kamal will be highlighting some of our new inspirations, fresh back from a trip to Barcelona!

Whether you love Catalan food or are simply looking to try something new, this all-inclusive event promises a wonderful experience. So gather your friends and loved ones, and join us for a night to remember!

Immerse yourself in the charming ambiance of our intimate venue located at NW Newport Avenue, Bend, OR. Indulge in a night of flavors, exquisite wines, and lively conversation. Savor the rich aromas and flavors of this beautiful part of the world.

Bottles of Dom Perignon and special wines will be available to purchase on the evening.

Ticket costs are per person and include a four course meal, wine pairings, and gratuity for staff.

Menu for the evening will include:

• Welcome glass of cava
• First: Chorizo with judiones (butter beans) and tomatoes
• Second: Lebneh with roasted eggplant, pistachio, pomegrante, rosewater honey, pita bread
• Glass of white wine - tbd
• Main: Pork cheek with plantains, pickled red cabbage, peanuts, hot honey sriracha drizzle
• Glass of red wine - tbd
• Dessert: Poached pears in Pedro Ximenez sherry with housemade vanilla ice cream
• Espresso

Naturally gluten free, substitutions respectfully declined. Non-alcoholic options will be available if so desired. Although it rarely happens, please note that we reserve the right to change menu items based on availability if needed.
