2026 AGM

Members and followers,
2026 is the year of the horse, and hopfully a year filled with our horses! The board has set our annual AGM for Sunday, February 1st, 2026. There will be a free play day to 2025 members from 10:30-12:30 and 12:30-2:30. Non 2025 members can come play for 35$.
The AGM will start at 3pm, PLEASE STAY IF YOU CAN. In all transparency, the majority of the current board is stepping down. If you would like to see a 2026 season, please seriously consider volunteering on the board to help make it happen. Another important reason we ask ALL 2025 members to be present if possible is because if a new board is not able to be met, the club could face shutting down. As we are merely a directory, and not the sole vote of the society, the board feels it is important that 2025 members have input on how the folding may/may not occur.
Although this message is not based on pleasant terms, we hope that we can come together for a day of joy and connection on our horses. We hope to see as many people as possible; old and new members alike. If you would be interested hearing the roles of board members, please reach out!
