This course will cover the necessary information for EMTs and Paramedics to function as a Single Resource on Wildland Fires. The class will review typical emergencies, equipment needs, interface with the Medical unit leader (MEDL), emergency evacuations, Wildland safety considerations, navigation, and responsibilities.
