HISTORY MYSTERY: The Fate of Emma Davids
A Live-Action Drama Mystery Event
Friday, October 24th & Saturday, October 25th at 5:30 PM
Beltrami County History Center, 130 Minnesota Ave. SW, Bemidji
Citizens of Beltrami County, prepare for an evening of intrigue! Step into 1906 and solve the mysterious death of Emma Davids, a lady of the night whose fate remains shrouded in questions. Was she the victim of foul play, or did she, in sorrow, take her own life with an excess of laudanum?
THE MYSTERY UNFOLDS:
Following a dramatic introduction, you'll gather clues from suspects, including lumberjacks and hotel proprietors. Hunt for three hidden clues around the History Center to eliminate suspects, weapons, and hiding places until only the truth remains!
DRESS THE PART:
Don your finest 1906 attire! Come as a stalwart lumberjack, a lady of yore, a courtroom spectator, or any period character that strikes your fancy—prizes awarded for best costumes and a few successful sleuths.
