As we move through the busyness of fall and head toward Thanksgiving, it’s the perfect time to pause, ground, and reconnect with stillness.
Our nervous systems spend so much time in “go” mode — rushing, doing, striving. But deep healing doesn’t come from effort. It comes from time, safety, and stillness.
Join Andrea for this deeply calming restorative workshop designed to soothe the body, quiet the mind, and awaken the healing power of rest. Through long-held, supported poses and mindful breath, you’ll invite your system to soften and return to balance.
Restorative Yoga teaches us to do less, move slower, and trust the body’s natural wisdom to heal. We’ll use props, breath, and gentle support to create space for grounding and renewal — no pushing, no striving, just allowing.
