Hellsgate Demo at Rescue Pet Magazine Extravaganza

Setup will be ...[TBD]...on Friday/Saturday morning. We will receive free tickets on Friday to distribute to our people.

Plan to arrive NLT 9am on Saturday, to get a ticket, in exchange for working at least 4 hours at the booth/on the field. You can reach the arena BEFORE 9am by driving around back.

We will set up a table in front of the arena to interact with guests.

Fighting will take place in the arena in the back half of the event space (map to be provided in a separate email). Let us know if you are bringing rapier, chivalric, cut & thrust, or youth fighting to the field. (We will use a poll in Facebook, + replies in Discord, to ensure there are at least 2 fighters for a format.)

Plan for 3 scheduled fights per day plus A&S displays and kid-friendly activities. Please bring anything that little kids, and their parents, would find amusing (armor, weaving, jewelry, board games, etc.). Bonus points if it's interactive.
