Assembly area: Belpre High School Drive behind stadium. Enter from Campus Dr/Barclay St corner and move towards the front (side) of the high school. Floats will be lined up on both sides of Belpre High School Drive.
Any groups wanting to be beside each other MUST arrive together. If you are not there before the starting time, you will be placed in an available space throughout the parade. Food donations can be placed at corner of high school by the section prior to the regular entrance 

Dispersal Area: Howes Grove Park and City Building.
Parade Route: From Belpre High School the parade will go south on Stone Road, right onto Washington Blvd into Howes Grove Park. Follow the Leader once you are directed to enter the lineup. 

You may enter more than one float.


The Holiday Lights Festival will host the only Santa in the parade on the last float. After the parade meet Santa at Civitan Park Band Stand.

SANTA: --The Holiday Lights Committee will host the only Santa. NO OTHER PERSONS DRESSED AS SANTA OR MRS. CLAUS!!


ILLUMINATION: All “floats” and displays MUST be illuminated reflecting the Holiday spirit!

This year’s theme is The Polar Express!


There will be NO throwing of candy allowed. If you have people walking with your float, they may hand it out but absolutely NO THROWING candy. We are a nighttime parade and visibility is an issue. We want to keep our children safe. If caught throwing candy you will not be allowed to participate in future parades.


ENTRY FEE: None, but entrants are asked to bring at least 6 canned goods or non-perishable foods for our local food pantry with you when you check in on December 13th.
